Song Parodies -> Paper Mario
| Original Song Title: | "In The End" |
| Original Performer: | Linkin Park |
| Parody Song Title: | "Paper Mario" |
| Parody Written by: | Joel Martinez |
Based on my favorite game and song, DKTOS?...................
Game starts with
Mail ring, a note invite
For Mario to Peach's house to come by
Starts out all fine, till it then unwinds
When Bowser comes in sight (evil dude)
Star rod's what he's possessing
Watch his pain fly off through each attacking
Watch the countdown, till the end it's uncool
Mario's lost the duel (he's dead for real?)
Bowser then made him go
One wand wave flew him out the window
Fell down so far, but little did they know
He's not dead at all (from a revival)
What he must do now alive, is save seven star guys
And go where they are
Keeping Princess Peach, somewhere hard to reach, using new techniques
Going by
Some games are hard, some levels far
But Paper M. is really hard to master
I have to save, cause I'm afraid
Of losing them, files on my N64
Topics, here you will find
From storming Koopa brothers to Bowser's fight
Keep that in mind, in Dry Dry Ruins
While you fight this dude called (Tutankoopa)
Tubba Blubba may be on chapter three
While Chapter four is shy guy's territory
Lava Piranha Plant's five obviously
Chapter six is (Huff n. Puff)
King of crystal's seventh chapter
And chapter eight in when you fight Bowser of course
Though it won't be effortless, a parade is what you'll see (in the end)
Let me give you some advice
Watch out while you go by
For Junior Troopa
So have fun and please
When you're in real need
Use abilities from your friends
Some games are hard, some levels far
But Paper M. is really hard to master
I have to save, cause I'm afraid
Of losing them, files on my N64
This game's a must, if you
Are a fan of Mario
Hope DS
Will have a version of its own
I've played Paper M. 2
Not as good as the first, though
The whole gist
Is just being like Mario
Some games are hard, some levels far
But Paper M. is really hard to master
I have to save, cause I'm afraid
Of losing them, files on my N64

It's been a while since I've played any of the Mario games, but this was really good, Joel.
Good one! Despite squeezing in a few more syllables in some parts than the original did, the lyrics are absolutely FANTASTIC nevertheless!!!
This has got to be the best parody of a LP song i've ever read. i could just imagine it in a song.
Really? Thanks!
