Hmmm.... Kobe Beef that's Japanese right? Ever been to one of those Japanese restaurants? Finely prepared meals right in front of you, like this finely prepared parody is in front of me! :-) 555!
The first time I had Kobe Beef was in Reno a long time ago. I had a steak that was $50 back when Kobe was not really known all that well. But it certainly lives up to its reputation for tenderness and taste. Wish I could eat it everyday, but the slow to non-existant "recovery" prevents such luxuries...
