Ok, I did, and I guess you are right, but I'm still not sure! Half the people say it with one "l" and the other half with two "l"'s. My guess is that it can be spelled both ways, like Usama and Osama. :-)

I wonder why she only likes to be credited by her first name! Another example is Raven Symone, who likes to be called Raven. But you know what parents always tell you, "Don't give out personal information on the television!"

I believe Lalaine does it for simplicity. It is easier to say the one name than her whole name. Also I think it is a fad among celebrities to use just one name now. I like her music, and her voice. it's different. I also like to parody her songs just to mess with her. You can only get her CD through her site. As for Raven, I didn't care for her even when she was on the Cosby show. She just doesn't appeal to me. I have a single name for her but I don't want to make an inappropriate comment. ;-)

I see, and that makes a lot of sense for her to do that, seeing as her name is somewhat complicated. As for Raven, how can you not like cute little Olivia? Anyway, That's So Raven may be one of my favorite shows, but everyone is entitled to his or her opinion!

Well I am sure you have come across people that just rub you wrong. Thats the way I feel with her. I understand she is a very nice girl, but I wouldn't want to be stuck on a deserted Island with her. As for my fetish with cleaning products; you write what you know and yes I have spent a lot of time years ago in laundromats late at night hence "tumbling in circles" was born. I don't know who Dr. Demento is. Though I do remember hearing that name before.

Hey, ya know, I never knew Lalaine was a singer until I looked through your songs. Where did you find that out? I imagine she took that career around the time she left Lizzie McGuire, and changed her hair.

I found out about Lalaine through her web site. You can buy her CD in the store section. She released that about June last year. You can also learn about her through her biography and print articles in the multimedia section. There is also some video of her in concert. She has answered about a dozen of my E-mails when she had time and she seems very nice. I only heard that Raven is nice. I don't know that from experience. It's just a personality thing. I get annoyed watching her. It's just me. I feel so bad. :-(

How did you find out about her website, then? I don't think it's ever been mentioned on the Disney channel or hilaryduff.com. Wow, I'm surprised that she has actually answered so many of your e-mails personally! She must be a very nice person to do that. As for Raven, I'm still not sure what your prob is, but there have been some people that I just looked at and didn't like them. One was my fifth grade principal, who smiled ALL THE TIME, even when she was angry. I just figured anyone who smiles insincere is insincere, and it turned out she was evil, and my mom got me out of that school. Another time, was a wood repairman, and something made me uncomfortable about him, but later he turned out to be insane.

Well when the series ended I wanted to find out where the cast ended up so I put Lalaine's name in the search and came up with celebritykids.com where she was at the time. I read about her and found out about her CD and went from there. By the way, She just answered another E-mail. It just said "thanks" but thats all it takes to show that she cares about her fans no matter how annoying I am. ;-) You won't see her on Hilary's site because she is going her own way. She doesn't do big promotions because she said she wants to keep it real. She told me that herself. I agree with her. She likes to do live concerts to be close to her fans. If you like her tell others about her and maybe if there is enough fanbase there she might come.

From what I hear, Hilary is a real brat. I hope Lalaine didn't turn out that way! I figure if she's kind enough to answer her e-mails from her adoring fans, she's pretty cool. Another reason why she probably does that, is that she's fairly new to the music business, and not very many people probably know her e-mail address. So far, I have not received a reply, which is ok, because you already answered all my questions about her, that I asked!

Nice Parody! Good job! I never really understood what the song was really about anyway. And to you guys talking about Lalaine, I absolutely adore her! She seems liks such a nice girl and I've gotten some emails from her too. Pretty refreshing, I must say, for someone in Hollywood.

I've never heard her sing, but you may have already read that from when I was talking to David here. As I said, she must be pretty nice to answer her e-mails, considering her stardom. Maybe Hilary Duff won't accuse her for being "unresponsive to her fans".

Yeah, I read your conversation. Sorry. I know Hilary Duff's music, but I'm not a real big fan of hers. I think she's kind of overrated. But then again I'm not in her target demographic. I like Lalaine's music. Most people don't realize she was into singing before she got into acting. She started out with a gig in Les Mis on Broadway. And like you guys were talking about, she just seems like such a cool down to earth person and I hope she manages to stay that way.
