To approximately no-one's surprise, MEGATRON has decided to give the treacherous STARSCREAM "one last chance" for what feels like the four millionth time. While this last attempt was more elaborate than most, it seems almost routine at this point, as is the thoughts of the AUTOBOT scout BUMBLEBEE as he goes on his last patrol for the day...
BUMBLEBEE:
Ev'ry time Megatron calls out "Retreat!"
With that white plane always right at his feet
I'm always shocked that Megs has not just kicked his aft
One could set their internal clock by his backstabs
And with how violent Megs is, he still shows such restraint
So I'm wonderin' why Starscream still lives
Does his combat skill put others to shame?
Does he remind Megs to not be so tame?
If I had somebot who always tried to backstab
I'd bet my reflexes would be real sharp, I grasp
At whatever straws are, I just know that human phrase
I just plain don't get why Starscream still lives
He's clever, tongue's silver
At backpedallin', he's a pro
