I was walking along the real hot street
Had to find something to just beat the heat
I had to find something to fill my real tall glass
Had to find something to drink till this heat would pass
I took a drink and then the cooling would begin
Now I want some cold lemonade again

Drink anything else and that's a disgrace
Lemonade is the best thing for this case.
Now it's all gone because I drank it all real fast
Probably should have held back, I knew it wouldn't last

Other drinks are useless
