Don't know exactly who A-Rod is, but I can kind of guess the story... and *man* that is an annoying commercial
I liked this idea as well. The song is a good match to the situation. You really need to find better rhymes, though. (The original rhymes "bad" with "dad"; you tried to rhyme "deal" and "then".) Not trying to get down on you; just trying to help.
