Listened to that pop song to find out how stupid it was
Listened to the lyrics and the message that the song was telling me

Trying to tell us all something 'bout some kind of future thing, yeah yeah

It said: "I've been to the year 3000
not much has changed, but they live underwater
and your great great great granddaughter is pretty fine"

It struck me that the future had undergone some massive changes
how can those Busted guys say underwater is not that big a deal?
To me, it's a big change and it shouldn't be disregarded

I thought 'bout how I would write that song with a chorus that made some sense, yeah yeah yeah

I wrote: "I've been to the year 3000
everything's changed now they live underwater
and your great, great great granddaughter must be 200"
