Teehee....my first rock concert experience a couple of weekends ago began when my mum drove me and the guy I go out with, 'Desmond' (name changed), to a local band show. She got lost, very lost....I was already nervous about doing this because I was afraid he'd hate it and that my mother would be totally embarrassing. My friends had pushed me to ask him to the concert, and wouldn't listen to my protests that it was going to be a disaster. Eventually, Mom dropped Des and me off at the right place, after traversing what felt like the entire continent, and it went very well. But....geez. It was mortifying trying to get there.

Hanging out, nothing cool to do on weekends.
I was stupid, getting pushed by my best friends
So I asked Des to come with me to P.G. Tour
I remember that it's the first time that I had been there.

I'm trying not to freak out but I'm failing
I'm really nervous, cause after this he might hate me
My mom drove, much to my despair
Then she got lost, and I lost it, I swear

Right then, I lost my mind on the way to the rock show
Mom said "where?" and I told her that I didn't know
This just sucks, gonna crawl out of my window
Now we're aimlessly driving around
I'm going to change my name and move of town
I lost my mind on the way to the rock show

When Mom said, "We'll prob'ly end up in Vegas!"
I remember the look poor Desmond gave us
30 minutes and three times we've asked directions
The stupid Mapquest gives such sucky explanation!

It was allright, i liked the verse that starts "Lousy directions". i gave u a 3 for pacing accidentally, it was gonna b a 4. i dont think anyone comments anymore, i have a song by Hoobastank here for a week and no ones commented on it. Would u reply to this. How old are u, im guessing by the language, that youre at least 16-ish, dont be mad if youre not. Mabye you could comment on my song? Its by a band Called "Hoobastank" and i called it "Down A Deep Hole"
