There is no establishment of particular importance located at this address these days, so the place may have been chosen randomly from the map just to fit the lyrics. Another possible, but less likely reference may be to a similar location in the city of San Francisco, California - a corner of Lincoln Way and 46th Avenue. However, again, there is nothing remarkable located there these days, just a part of a residential area bordering the Golden Gate Park.
