The Story: Can you feel if there is a perfect person beside them? Seemly, it was yes. However, the original lyrics of this song say that Doug Robb, lead singer of this band, was not a perfect person. Also, according to Doug Robb, the lyrics of several songs from the album, "The Reason", are about questioning what you are told. So, it was more friendly on Pop radio stations although they are in the line of Puddle of Mudd, Nickelback, 3 Doors Down, and Default, which was cited by listeners as Post-Grunge, Alternative Rock, and Alternative Metal. About this song: "The Reason" is track #8 on their second studio album, "The Reason", released on 9 December 2003. It was co-written by Chris Hesse, Dan Estrin, and Markku Lappalainen.
