Story about this misheard lyric by: Alison Kerchak My brother Gerry Barrault is a tradesman and is always singing as he works. For weeks he'd been making the guys at work laugh with this oldie, but goodie. He came home and mentioned that his co-workers requested this song at least once a day. I got him to sing it for me, and these were the words that he sang. I guess years of using noisy equipment damaged his hearing! |
