Image Parodies -> Album Covers -> V -> Various Artists - All You Need Is Love: Beatles Songs for Kids

Albums aren't only known for their artwork, they can also be well known for an iconic piece of artwork that adorns the cover. Here at amIright, we're not content with parodying just the music and lyrics of songs, we need the whole package! So we've begun replacing the artwork on the various artist summary pages with new album covers submitted by visitors to the site.

The first image on the page is for Various Artists - All You Need Is Love: Beatles Songs for Kids, followed by the original. Also check out the most recent parody covers submitted to the site.

We can always count on you, TOR Hershman, to look at something happy / optimistic / fun and see it as vile / disgusting / hopeless. This seems to be a constant theme in your work. I hope that's not a reflection of your life. I come to this site to be entertained and lighten the load of reality after a hard day, but the day always seems a little darker after seeing your work. Perhaps you see it as your mission to remind us that life is not a rose garden, or perhaps you're just a miserable person trying to unburden yourself by sharing your misery. Either way, I'll be skipping your work from now on. If you think life's a bitch, then get out there and do something constructive. Don't just sit around and stew over how bad people are.

"Don't just sit around and stew over how bad people are." Isn't that JUST WHAT YOU DID? Yes, it is. Don't just sit there, A Friend ( & with A Friend like that.....), make a funny, uplifting parody CD art work and send it in I’m sure the fine folks at AmIRight would put it up. I bet you didn’t look at my “Can O Coon,” “ABBA” or a bunch of moi’s other parody covers. If’in you want a laugh listen to my “The Lion Farts Tonight” not “The Awful Facts” though I find both amusing and uplifting. If you didn’t like that one you should be glad AmIRight did NOT put-up moi’s “The Poo Pinchy Crap.” Of course, I have NO IDEA why my “Matt Lauer” one didn’t make it?!? Now, A Friend, you may return to your Buttery Boulevard self-deception. BTW: A rose garden is wonderfully fertilized by rotting corpses. Ain’t that funny.....vegetables are NOT vegetarians. Don’t just sit there stewin’, make a cover. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH . Stay on Groovin’ (DNA Jungle) Safari, TOR

I want to show that I support your efforts, TOR. Perhaps your covers are not for everyone, but at least you are not afraid to throw something out there. Not everyone likes my covers, but I continue to submit them. If people want to see one-liner covers with muppets, movie characters, and cartoons, they can look at mine. If they prefer to see one's take on society and interpret it however they please (as I do), they can look at yours. Either way, I will not stop contributing album covers and neither should you. Keep up the good work!
