"I Phished An Url" by TJC" a parody of "I Kissed A Girl" by Katy Parry
My first attempt at a video production, really a souped up karaoke since my larynx, rather than mellifluously 'golden', is more appropriately associated with 'depleted uranium'... Thanks for checking it out... Oh, BTW, Url is pronounced 'Earl' for the porpoises of this parody!

Not a bad video, although I was hoping to hear you sing instead of making a karaoke track for one of your songs. Oh well...
I agree, I really wanted to hear the song, and YouTube may remove it as the backing track as is may get stollen. . .but perhaps recording it and keeping that video--cause I love the way the sing along worked.
Thanks for checking it out... just an experiment with Adobe Premiere Elements and a free karaoke titling program I found... I suppose if I sang in a purposefully humorous (actually, no choice there...) it would be less dry. My take home lessons were:
1. Video anything is *really* time consuming... writing the parody is almost trivial by comparison.
2. Using a 5 year old XP computer with 1 GB ram with Adobe is an exercise in frustration!
3. The ins & outs of which programs can handle which video codecs, various audio codecs, compression ratios, 30fps vs 29.97 synch problems and tricks to produce an acceptable YouTube upload are but a small subset of the arcane bits of knowledge one really has to accumulate to do anything but an uncomplicated recording straight-to-YouTube dealio!
