...or the inevitable result of spelling out those swearwords...

whoah. how was that song title allowed on amiright?
Who cares? It's awesome!!!
normally wouldn't let something like that on, but figured what the heck.
:-D Thanks, Chucky... but I'd probably rename it C.E.N.S.O.R.E.D. - come to think of it, that might work in itself. But, Mr (or should that be Ms?) Prude, surely "a**hole" ain't that bad? Though one of my children did look over my shoulder while I was typing the lyric, and said "ooh, that spells something rude"... so I replied "that's the point - you're not supposed to be able to understand what's spelled out" Unfortunately, he's 12, so no chance of a misunderstanding there.
And thanks Matthias

Idea: 8 - Great idea and matching to TOS, relateable topic.
Lyrics/humor: 6 - A bit hard to understand in spots therefore not terribly funny, I'm afraid
Singing: 4 - I wouldn't expect you to sound like Tammy, but the accent didn't really work here. I think you were trying too hard.
Backing track: 5 - Very minimalistic, sounds like a cheap MIDI actually, but it worked in your favor.
Production/mixing: 7 - No hissing, mic pops, long dead spots or anything else bad that would distract from the song, so good work there.
Sound Effects/Bites: n/a
Video: n/a
Overall: 5 - Not your best, Phil. I don't think a better backing track would help you much, though less accent would work in your favor.

Wow. . .Red Ant. . .Um. . .I hope you review POTM's every month if you are going to go all out like that! Phil, the idea was very cute, and the performance was good. I agree that I've heard better recordings by you, still very professional sound.
POTM- Hooray to profanity!! I wouldn't worry too much about censorship, nowadays the word assh*le has become common on television, as did some other choice words over the course of TV history. Seems George Carlin's 7 dirty words is slowly dissipating. Anyways, very good job and really funny. the singing could be better, but I should be one to talk. P.S. I just tried submitting the a-hole word in this comment, but it wouldn't let me. How ironic.
I don't think that this was one of your best recordings, but the idea was really funny, and I thought the accent worked, because road rage is something I would refer rednecks with and you sound just like a redneck. (Although I doubt the white trash can spell).
This is one of my favorite recordings you've done (behind I've Got Body Hair). And having a young child, I found this especially funny =)
