"Squinting in the Dark" by Below Average Dave" a parody of "Crawling in the Dark" by Hoobastank
I wrote this initially because I entered a contest calling for a parody of a post-2000 song that had to be about television. As I got into it, the song slowly turned out to be one of my best written parodies, and I got to learn how to sing like a rock artist.
