Piracy has surged like it did 200 years ago off the coast of Somalia (the Horn of East Africa) and in the Gulf of Adin. The cargos and crews are held for handsome ransoms. Several nations have sent patrols to combat it, with notable captures but little curtailment yet.
When pirate guys are smiling,
Surely from the Horn they'll spring.
To the hilt, each pirate's shafter
Makes you fear what dangers bring.
Then pirates' hearts are happy;
All the world's delights their prey.

Liked it, but I was anticipating a song about the bankers and govt. from the title.
