Old Bush didn't have to resign. We beat him. It's Young Bush -- who, I must admit, has aged a lot worse in 6 years than The Last President (so far), Bill Clinton, did in 8 -- who has to resign, because, this time, "we" weren't smart enough to kick him out of our White House.
