And Krazy and Bucky,
But lest we forget
That most fragrant but "Friend" - ly pet.

Phoebe the funky feline
Could be smelled a mile away
When it was mating season
All the Toms would come and spray.
All of the local varmits
Were overwhelmed by all the smells
Phoebe and her companions
Drove them back into the dells.

Then the humans raised a howl
Louder than the cats -
They were such unplesant pets
So they took them to the vet..

They're friends to those with noses
They are sweet as they can be
Their life's a bed of roses
But fruit is missing from our trees.
