Another installment from Patriot Comics. This time Cody Colson (aka Old Glory) is conned into accepting a visiting inspector from the War Dept. named Xantha Xenix (aka Double Cross) which is a female Nazi Mechatron spy machine. He is duped but his lovely assistant Victoria Justice (aka Lady Liberty) gets suspicious and catches her alone filming new war machines at the Massford Armory with strange glowing eyes. She also notices a peculiar pin on her blouse that has a raised antenna. Turning into Lady Liberty she shines her Light of Liberty on the Nazi Mechatron and this fries some of its circuits. The damaged machine then extendeds her hands as finger barrels flip open to fire ammo at Lady Liberty! Hearing the commotion, Cody changes into Old Glory and the two tackle the Nazi machine. With Lady Liberty temporarily knocked out by Nazi gas release, Old Glory snaps a flag pole and rams the Stars and Stripes right through the machine, destroying it. Lady Liberty comes around and scanning the skies sees a strange robot plane circling the armory. She uses her Flame weapon and brings it down. Victory again for the Arsenal of Democracy!
