I see the druggies walk by, buyin' and sellin' cigs,
I have to avoid them by wearing a black wig,

I see a bunch of drugs and they are all crack,
They are little powder sacks, packaged into packs,
I see the drug lords turn their heeads and quickly look away,
It is not easy bein' critisised, it just happens every day,

I look inside my stomach and see its full of crack,
There is so much in there I could give myself a slap,
But it will fade away and then I'll have to face the facts,
Its not easy bein' addicted when your whole world is crack!
