Get a boob job,
fly a MiG away

Outstanding parody, Laurence. I think "Congress" might have been a little better fit in your last line, but "The Fed" makes for a good conclusion as well.
I agree with John, great stuff here. I like the FED in there so it includes other members of the government. Can't blame it ALL on Congress...who comes up with these budgets? =)
