The Lyrics

Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser reaches end-of-life on June 15, 2022, and any remaining users are recommended to switch to Microsoft Edge. So for everything that this browser has done for so many over the years, this parody is dedicated to Internet Explorer.
Two, two days 'til IE goes dark,
A browser that made a mark;
Edge replaced it,
So face it,
It's lost art,

Edge pushed IE out of the room,
IE will soon meet its doom,
We are so close, yet so far apart.

You've seen warnings in recent years,
Most people thought too soon,
Now Microsoft says to your ears,
"Please switch soon, use Edge soon, we know that you'll do."

Two, two days 'til IE goes dark,
Gone is its very first spark,
Leaving just regrets
And two days 'til IE goes dark.
