Your denial, your offering of "facts" (you apparently have made up OR are referring to one of her other - MANY financial fraud cases -- is (and not surprisingly) WRONG! Not only is her fraud case still on, but they have begun to take deps on the case and expect it to officially begin in OCT 2008, (unless her typical sleeze lawyers push it back further in order to HIDE IT from the masses for her POLTICAL career -- hope to become president --- or -- if she doesn't, a hope to get a pardon! --- either way, it is TOTALLY deceptive that she is NOT disclosing this information and so getting votes from people who would have voted for Obama had they known they may be voting for a president who gets impeached the first few months in office to attend a private luxery prison in CA some place!
