thanks arwen (i'm 49)...jonathan, melhi, and ravyn...to be honest, my wife just hit 50 and has been showing some signs...that's why i never showed her song...she might...uh...get mad...hee hee hee. ..and yes, its possible to have a hot flash and be cold as ice at the same time.
