I am so perplexed, miss it terribly

Where a doc performed plastic surgery
To pay, I took out a loan

There in his office room, close to the Alamo
Had rhinoplasty, I so long dreamed of
Two thousand bucks, took an hour or so
Gave up a nose, that I now love

Old nose was my splendor, Oh why did we part ?
Bring back my Nose, Nose of San Antone
Like some old car fender, or mushrooms fallin' apart
But, that big schnozz was my love, my own

Broken twice, had torn cartilage
Big bump where some kid threw a stone
Such an ugly sight, added years of age
But, I miss my Nose of San Antone
