Conservatives said, "She shouldn't be Miss America!" Liberals said, "Wait, the Miss America Pageant is still being held?" But America is changing, and it's not like she's the first nonwhite one. We've had (I think) 5 black ones, a couple of Hispanics, and 2 previous Asians (both of Hawaiian descent). These bozos need to join the 20th Century - and then the 21st.
Very good selection of original song. I think and hope that the racist tweeters were a very small minority, but even small minorities deserve to be skewered, and you did it well.
A Bollywood dance is as American as Cinco de Mayo or Saint Patrick's (no relation) Day. Or Columbus Day, or Kwanzaa. Or Chinese New Year. Ogling good looking women is universal.
Kind of sounds like all this "birther" claptrap that's still being said about Prez Obama. Some people just can't handle it. Their TRUE COLORS are revealed when they dish out the flap and crap. A Faux News blog groused about "American values". Want real American? Let's have a NATIVE AMERICAN for the next Miss America and one for the next President too! The Red Americans are the REAL Americans because they're the first.
