The Lyrics
Now that French President Francois Hollande has been elected, he is living up to his promise to remove French troops from Afghanistan by Dec 2012- two full years early. Sarkozy had wanted to speed the withdrawl after French soldiers had been killed by Afghan forces in a series of incidents. Hollande told Obama that there would be no negotiation due to French sovereignty.
