The Lyrics

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF AM I RIGHT!! I HAVE RETURNED!! :-) and in commemoration of my return, I though it best to parody a song that has been sung over and over and over and over and over.... throughout the years. Sort of a way for making up for all the time lost, due to my absence. ;-) Enjoy! YouTube Link: I Will Always Love You - From Whitney H. http://youtu.be/14ivtcelIo0
Each time I sing,
I would always sing the same thing.
Every show, all I know,
To perform at every show that I sing.

And I keep singing this tune,
I keep singing this tune.
So, it’s so jejune. Hmm.

So many have sang it,
I don’t know if mine is legit.
So, reused. I’m, confused.
We all know that it will, never quit.

And I keep singing this tune,
I keep singing this tune.

(Instrumental Solo)

My head just might explode,
Or all our eardrums could burst open.
And we’ll hear this tune, time and time again.
Let’s hope it’ll never, be sung by men.

And I keep singing this tune,
I keep singing this tune.
I keep singing this tune.
I keep singing this tune.
I keep singing this tune.
I, I keep singing this tune.

I, sing this, irksome tune.
Ooh, I always, keep singing this tune.
I will always "love" this parody, and Am I Right! So please show your "love" for it too, with a V and/or C! :-)

Three Vs- Viscious, but also Valiant and Victorious! Good job on a parody of the OS which is long, repetitive, and annoying. We will always love Whitney, but not all of her music ;-)

Actually, I think it's a great tune, designed for real singers. It's just overexposed and not something that you can play in the background. Look what you've done! Exposed it some more, lol. But seriously, good idea. My fave line: 'I hope it'll never be sung by men'. Jejune - good word, that.

I got lost here and there on the pacing in the verses, but it's difficult to pace because it's so slow and because she puts so many extra notes in there, as black soul singers especially are wont to do.

Great to see you back WCJ-555!!! It's nice to see you come back with one of the world's most overhyped and overplayed tunes! Yeah, I love Whitney too but some songs of hers got way too much air-play. Her acting was 50/50 too... Hey, any ideas about what you'll be working on next??? I love your materials :)

Thank You everyone! For your V's and/or C's!! Rob: The next one I will be working on is one from Janet Jackson, it will be either a parody of "Escapades" or "Nasty" or maybe even one of BOTH! ;-) But, yes, the next one will be one from Janet Jackson. I have a lot from Michael Jackson, so I thought that I should have at least some from his sister Janet, as well.... :-)

She kept singing the same note.

Well this song was originally by Dolly Parton, so pacing might have been a little bit easier with her version. If a man ever does sing this I hope it's Kevin Cronin (from REO Speedwagon); he could probably beat Whitney in the "extra syllables" department.

Um I meant extra notes, not extra syllables.
