The Lyrics

Here is the song about the recent Writers Guild of America strike, which had affected film and television production, shutting it down all the way.
My whole picketers
Loves "Daredevil: Born Again"
See the writers constantly
There on my studio

Writers Striking Incorporated

Well, I know what's on the line
I know just what too see
Got my picketers with me

"9-1-1" and "FBI: Most Wanted"
"Family Guy" and "The Good Doctor"
I will always be busy
Hearing the strike

Shonda Rhimes talks to me
Every day at times
Then soon it'll be
Netflix and ABC

Writers Striking Incorporated
Writers Striking Incorporated

Well, I'm in such writing script
When I'm picketing them
I'm a striking devotee

Think I'm losin' my sanity
I'm addicted to The Handmaid's Tale
Forever I will always be
Glued to my writers

Love "Grey's Anatomy"
And "Station 19"
And "Thunderbolts"
And the "Power" books

Writers Striking Incorporated
Writers Striking Incorporated

Writers Striking Incorporated
("Unstoppable" and "It Ends with Us") (I know just what too see)
Writers Striking Incorporated
(I'm addicted to Disney movie delays) (I know what's on the lines)
Writers Striking Incorporated
(Forever I will always be) (I know just what to lines)
Writers Striking Incorporated
(Watching my lines) (I know what's on the lines)
Writers Striking Incorporated
(Think I'm losin' my picket lines) (I know just what to see)
Writers Striking Incorporated

Hey Duc, this is the third parody this week that DOESN’T involve 300 Boy Scouts. Seems as if you’ve actually gotten a bit tired of writing about their raging hormones. That’s fine — we all got tired of it MONTHS ago. But, if you ever decide you wanna pick it back up again, Fedora Fred will be here with twelve dozen additional “parodies” about random Wikipedia entries. My suggestion — take a twenty-year break from this site, and THEN start doing the “Beat the Clock” parodies again. By then there will be a new user willing to take on the torch.

Why have you stopped caring? - June 18, 2023 - Report this comment
It’s really sad how everyone on this site has already stopped caring about this broadcast already. There are 325 comments about it now, but the comments have almost completely stopped. This was the most disappointing week for comments about it in weeks; there were only about five. That’s not good news if the only purpose for keeping AmIRight going is to continue to spread the message about this show. I believe that this broadcast can be rehashed on this site well into next year, but at the moment we have only had TWO parodies about it this week. At this rate the parodies will be completely gone within several weeks. This site has very little traffic as it is — this is 99% of the reason why it even has visitors anyway...it cannot afford this. And to think that this Renaissance of “The Greatest Broadcast Ever” was the single most revolutionary event to occur in the entire history of AmIRight!! You cannot say that the subject matter has run its course — Captain Copy/Paste has proven to us all that he is willing to write these parodies for at least the next two decades. How many comments will we reach at the end of this year? We will only be able to find out if we keep the interest going. And at the moment that seems to be completely gone. AmIRight cannot afford this.
