A hobo tells of a man named Todd who, out of the kindness from his heart, gives aid to those less fortunate than others.

Todd helps the outcasts
Jeered at for mirth

Not sure how funny it was, but the pacing was great, but then again not much was changed. Though I did have a laugh when I thought it said Todd gives homeless people aids on the top
