This song is a comment on the song it's a parody of as well as songs like "You're Beautiful" (which is, despite it using less repetition than "Du Hast", infinitely more annoying), which basically use the same words over and over again, potentially in an attempt to make the song more "catchy". The recorded version will feature "rolled rs", at least for the "repeat" parts.
