Parody would work if the lyrics were actually "You Hate" in english, but they're translated to "You have".

"Du hast" means "you have", not "you hate". If you wanted to say, "You hate", it would correctly be "du hasst", which would work for the parody, but is not part of the song. The correct translation of the repeated lyric is "you have, you have, you have...you have asked me, and I have said nothing".
