The subject of this song is a serious one that is very personal. A recovering anorexic friend of mine and I wrote this.

About the weight I think I should be losin'?

Nothin' but skin and bones no doubt about it.

Sometimes I give myself ex-lax,
Sometimes my mom force-feeds me snacks
It just keeps adding up
I feel like throwing up
Am I being paranoid
Or do I look fat?
Just the other day
They gave me an X-ray
But it looked just like me when they showed it.
Water is for me
It has no calories
But every time I drink it I feel bloated.

I fall to the floor, no strength to hold on.
