Parody Song Title:

"Gitmo"

Parody Written by:

This is a dialogue between an interrogator and a wrongly accused Iraqi. The Iraqi's words are in quotes.
You're gonna crack this time
We have all the time in the world
To pin the crime
You'll be beaten 'till the scars are numb
The guards are pleased
When you wish for suicide
My ecstasy:
When I've run over all your pride

Don't say you want me
To hear your story
Don't cry for mercy
You're ours for good
"But I'm Iraqi
I'm not a Saudi"
I know you're guilty
In Gitmo's 'hood

--Bend his spine--
I'll be waiting patiently
'Till you start to whine
And reveal all of your hidden arms
"When will you realize?
Is this all the hate that you have inside?"
Keeping up your lies
You've already been tried

Don't say you want me
To hear your story
Don't cry for mercy
You're ours for good
"But I'm Iraqi
I'm not a Saudi"
I know you're guilty
In Gitmo's 'hood

You're gonna crack this time
We have all the time in the world
To pin the crime
You'll be beaten 'till the Red Cross comes

Don't say you want me
To hear your story
Don't cry for mercy
You're ours for good
"But I'm Iraqi
I'm not a Saudi"
I know you're guilty
In Gitmo's 'hood

Don't say you want me
To hear your story
Don't cry for mercy
You're ours for good
"I am Iraqi
but not a Sunni"
I know you're guilty
Now wear this hood

DKTOS, but I like the read...except I think "Gitmo" is only occupied by those picked up in Afghanistan in the first retaliatory military act...which I generally support. However, it still mystifies me why some folks think torture and abuse is a good way to get information, especially from folks who might possibly not have done anything wrong...my older brother is politically right-wing and he doesn't see or have a problem with scooping up people in their own country on scant or little evidence (or the say-so of warlords who might have an axe to gring)...shackling, hooding, drugging and tossing on an airplane to take them to an unknown destination(Gitmo)...where they will be imprisoned without charges or rights indefinitely...or possibly allowed a "Sham" hearing in front of a military tribunal (that will not allow the accused to call witnesses or present evidence - just what the hell type of "hearing" is that?). I hold no brief for any REAL terrorists, outside of believing in humane treatment as a matter of course for ANYBODY held in custody - by anybody and anywhere...I just hope this type of crap never happens to our citizens or the citizens of our allied countries...

Thanks for the support, Paul. I think I may have fudged on the "Iraqi" part. Maybe I should have written "Afghani" in place of it....
