We waited all through the year
For these shows to appear
So we could watch the parades and football games

But now the day has come
No parades for anyone
And no bowl games today, no- just the pros on the tv
Just tell me how could this be?

It looks like we'll have to wait 'til tomorrow

Last night we stayed up late
