Song Parodies -> "Wildman"

Original Song Title:

"Piano Man"

 (MP3)
Original Performer:

Billy Joel

Parody Song Title:

"Wildman"

Parody Written by:

T.J. Spindler

The Lyrics

Aren't I just the biggest wanna-be on earth? Lol. Might not be a full parody.
Poor T.J. Spindler was really bad.
Couldn't write a parody in his life.
He'll have really ugly kids, but that's only if
he ever would get a wife.
But then one day he came to this website,
and read parodies by Wildman.
Oh, and WM's a parody star,
one of the best across the land.

Ohhh.
La le il la, le li da da.
La la la, de di da, da da da dum.

Make us a parody, your Wildman,
make us a song, tonite!
'Cause we're all in the mood for a joke now.
You can write one right on "Am I Right"

Now Diva is a great, great friend of his.
Actually, she is his wife.
And I think that they will be together
for the rest of both of their lives.
He made "We're The Buccanners"
And "The Ballad Of Watson & Crick."
Some like "Magic Harley Ride" and "1969."
If he stopped writing, I'd be sick!

La le li la, le li da da.
La la la, le li la, da da da dum.

Now Wild's a great author,
but he's great at some comedy too.
And now he compliments other authors,
and he might even write about you.
And he visits the site almost daily,
and he submits parodies a lot.
If he made a CD with his songs on it,
I bet in the first millisecond it will be bought.

Make us a parody, your Wildman.
Make us a song, tonite.
'Cause we're all in the mood for a joke now.
You can write one write on "Am I Right."
(Repeat)

Fact is Tj, I am more of a fan of the site and of the authors, than a parody writer myself. Thanks for your mention, it's nice to know that have a few fans too.

Fact is Wm, I am more a fan of you and other authors, than a parody author MYSELF. Plus, I just HAD to do a piano man parody. tj out, maybe to write about Diva.

T J , Please remember to be nice to all of the other writers here too. Nice job on your parody. You have improved enormously since I first started reading your songs. =)

Good work on this one from the 80's. You did a pretty good job on the pacing and over all it was well written and thought out. Lookin' forward to more!

I admit my own "Wild Man" (to Van Morrison's "Wild Night") wasn't exactly the cat's pajamas, but the Man deserves a better one than this.

No one deserves anything, but if someone admires another person they express it in their own, unique way. This is my way. I like everyone on this site. That attitude is why no one writes parodies about you. Just 'cause you have 262 parodies doesn't make you better than everyone else. Do you think that you are more special or important just because your in 6th place? Everyone on this site is special and important. From @sskicker to Parodykeet. From Bob Gomez to Guy DiRito. We're all important and special, because we are all GREAT writers. Next time you insult another writer, remember this: It is nice to be important, but it is important to be nice. tj out

I'm not much of a parody writer on here either but more of a reader, and from what I've read in the comments Mike, Tj seems to be just a kid so why be so hard on him? I think he did a great job overall. I wonder what your parodies would be like when you were 10 or so?
