man, Barney's certainly changed his attitude on junk food since the 90s, hasn't he? made me hungry! 455 (but when you say fried butter balls, are you referring to turkey? or actual balls of butter? the latter actually WOULD be pretty gross!)
The latter. Scooped balls of butter coated in flour, eggs, bread crumbs, frozen, and then later deep-fried!!!
