despite living in the south I ain't never had no possum stew befo' :P just doesn't sound that appealing to me especially when there are so many more appetizing sounding things out there like cheesburgers! 455
Somewhere I read you can buy possum meat in a can! But seriously, the world is filled with other exotic meats and seafood. What's the big deal?
Spam Classic substitutes possum road kill with the original tire tread marks for the traditional pork with ham. Salt, water, modified potato starch, sugar, and sodium nitrite round out this delicious and nutritious near-vegetable.
A few years back I ate fried tarantula at the annual California Exposition! Have tried snake, ostrich, bison, chocolate ants, escargot, horse meat, shark, and squid.
Try missionary meat. Tastes just like chicken.
