I admit, a lot of this stuff DOES sound weird by American standards, but so far my experiences with Japanese food have been good! of course, I'm not talking stuff like you named here, more like Japanese Stir-Fry, sweet breads, sushi, and this Japanese Chocolate Cake recipe my bro found on the web, which is awesome! it has this thick fudgey icing, which is basically like eating cake, with fudge layered on top! it's great! like this parody! 5s
Jon, I like Japanese food too in moderation, but prefer Chinese and Vietnamese over it, even some Thai. Living in California, Asain food is everywhere!
