Wait a sec. How can you say songs suck? Without songs, our voices won't get better. If you want to ban songs from the U.S., go do it on an Online Petition, but don't do it here.
If you are gonna do a "This band sucks" parody, do it right...make fun of more than 2 band members (hello? Jane Weidlin, Gina Schock, Margo Ollavera, Kathy Valentine--a quick trip to allmusic.com provided this info), tell us why they suck. And pace it right.
This was one of the funniest things I've ever heard in my life...I ABSOLUTELY DETEST the Go-Go's (Or as my friends and I used to like to call them, the Gag-os or the Ho-Hos). Belinda Carlisle is a wretched caterwauler, and the rest of them have no sense of melody or musical timing. And their lyrics were BEYOND juvenile! Sheesh, I think that three-year-olds could write better lyrics. All in all, a great diss to a truly horrible group!
