NOTE: Only the third verse of this parody is actually written by me, so feel free to not vote on it for that reason. Anybody familiar with Weird Al's polka medleys will get the idea here - you could call this a tribute. (All parodies I've used are listed at the bottom.) I'm hoping this doesn't ruffle anybody's feathers or break a rule - it's just a bit of fun.

I can't really consider this a parody... what would have been good for something like this would be finding a weird al polka with all songs that have been parodied on this site and including snippets of those parodies
just so you know...i'm not offended or angered by this i'm just not voting on it... i don't know what songs are included in polkas in 45 if they are the same then this is great and i apologize for the last comment and i'll vote on it
Ethan - no apology needed, and no problem at all if you'd rather not vote on this. I just liked the idea of doing a tribute-style parody this way, so I thought I'd give it a go. What made Polkas On 45 perfect to use is that all but one of the songs included in that medley have been parodied here by somebody (the song that hasn't been parodied here is 'Sex (I'm An...)' by Berlin). So I parodied that section of the medley with my 'I'm An Elf' verse so that there'd still be something written by me. If I hadn't written anything myself, then obviously I wouldn't have submitted this.
Good job, Ozzy, and forgive me if I get a little choked up here - I've always wanted to be included in a polka medley.
