The Lyrics

Warning, If you're British I appoligize ahead of time(its not very funny)
Yes...

I can't believe the news today
Oh, I can't turn the TV off
And make it go away
How long...
How long must we hear this speech?
How long? How long...
'cause tonight...we can blow em up
Tonight...

British B@$+@rd$ help the @$$hole bush
Bodies strewn across the dead end street
But I won't hear this load of crap
It puts my back up
Puts my back up against the wall

British, Bloody British
British, Bloody British
British, Bloody British

And the battle's just begun
Saddam is lost, tell me have we won?
The trench is dug into the sand
and all the British should be torn apart

British, Bloody British
British, Bloody British

How long...
How long must we hear this speech
How long? How long...
'cause tonight...we can blow em up
Tonight...tonight...

British, Bloody British
British, Bloody British

Wipe the Iraqis out
Wipe saddam away
Oh, wipe your tears away
Oh, wipe your tears away
(British, Bloody British)
Oh, wipe your blood shot eyes
(cuz u watch the news too much)

British, Bloody British(British, Bloody British)
British, Bloody British(British, Bloody British)

And it's true we are immune
Cuz whats on TV is much cooler than reality
And today the millions cry
cuz they lost their electricity

(British, Bloody British)

The real battle just begun
To bust up Saddam's @$$
On...

British, Bloody British
British, Bloody British...

Maybe I'm just offended 'cause i'm british, but thaw was pretty bad...
John Harvey - March 21, 2003 - Report this comment
This sounds like one of the right wing anti-French songs only more violent, less clever, less funny and more disturbing.
The Masque - March 28, 2003 - Report this comment
I'm confused...I thought we were at war with Iraq. What did the poor Brits do to deserve having their own explitive used against them??? p.s. I think Brittish people are hilarious--and Mouse, I apologize for my fellow American. :-P

I totally agree with The Masque. I mean the British are helping us, right? Sorry Mouse for what some uninformed American said.

This song 'sux', but the following is one of the most moving and well-written verses I have ever read: "And it's true we are immune Cuz whats on TV is much cooler than reality And today the millions cry cuz they lost their electricity" It's so true. Keep trying, and try not to write about nationalities because, as you'll find, most of the people who read your song will be from that country. (I am 50% British)

I'm a brit and I don't agree with the war in Iraq, but I also don't agree with this, yes it's well written so contragulations, BUT It's offensive.
OFFENDED BRIT - September 14, 2005 - Report this comment
If you ask the British population (INCLUDING MYSELF) you'll most of us were against the war.

And it's still offensive, and still unfunny. Charity begins at home, so should self-criticism. Take a look in the mirror, Warp Zenith. If this was only an attempt at humor, it failed miserably. Never have I been so willing to award 1-1-1.

Maybe I'm offended because this was an irish song protesting both Irish and British atrocities in Ireland, but I think i'm mostly offended because it was absolutely terrible! Oh, and Britain doesn't suck, they did years ago when they invaded and pillaged countries like Ireland, but they don't tolerate that stuff anymore....

I find this offensive, it's not really funny anyway so if ur gonna write songs like this, keep it to yourself
