| Original Performer: | The Police |
| Parody Song Title: | "Last Night's Game of Clue" |
| Parody Written by: | McKludge |
Is it too late to join the fun of Artistry? One of my favorite Police songs.
My brothers and me
Are a quite odd family
Like to drink cold brew
And we enjoy games of Clue
It started with Ben
‘Cause he likes the red token
And without hesitation
He stated his first accusation
Green in the Library with Rope
Green in the Library with Rope
I said It can’t be
‘Cause I have the Library
Incorrectly you presumed
Then I moved into the Ballroom
Contemplated a bit
Wondered who did commit
The most murderous of deeds
And then at last I did proceed
Peacock in the Ballroom with Gun
Peacock in the Ballroom with Gun
Peacock in the Ballroom with Gun
Peacock in the Ballroom with Gu-uuu-uun!
Then Professor Plum
Said nope, I have the gun
Son-am-bitch I replied
Then Plum picked up the die
The result was a two
To the Study he moved
And confidently said
I know who made Boddy dead
Scarlett in the Study with Knife
Scarlett in the Study with Knife
Last night was a good game of Clue
Last night was a good game of Clu-uuu-uuue!
Are a quite odd family

If you've never played Clue, you probably won't get it.

No way that you can say that McKludge doesn't have a Clue!
Is Clue-do the Japanese way of the detective? It also struck me that those chorus lines are only a syllable or two short for a "Lucy in the sky" parody - that'd work, methinks. Anyway, nice one, McK :-)
McKludge's "Clue" is no kludge.
and there's clearly a pattern, with you nabbing Scarlet as well, McKludge - is she the world's most favoured murder suspect? - great job here - 555
