The Lyrics

[Spoken]: Uvulitis... causing problems breathing, talking, and eating, upon the morbid swelling of the uvula. Doctors have it that triggers dehydration, snoring, excessive smoking, and of course, viral infection. This does not suffice, however, that they'd subside for a short while, and normally does not threaten your life, but if your uvula touches your throat or your tongue, this might happen...
[gagging and choking sounds]
[Spoken]: The mucous membranes in your uvula swelled often.

I can still hack or cough
And so just as I thought
Somebody did cut off my (uvula)
My voice is getting weak
Though I can hardly speak
My mouth just squeaks with lack of a (uvula)
Is this the end of me?
What's happening to me?
My vocal injury, I have no (uvula)
No uvula! He he he heeh!
