Fun parody--I'm a "well-done" man myself so I never got the appeal of an undercooked steak. For some reason, everybody in the movies seems to prefer their meat "bloody."
I'm the opposite. When I go to a fancy restaurant and order its XXX rare. If it ain't bleedin', I'm leavin' !!! Seriously, I like my meat warm and bloody with a red core. I love Fuddrucker's 1/3 to 1 lb Ostrich or Bison meat that is bloody. Soaks the bun and pools in the center of the plate! I'm a carnivore and am eager to see if someone will actually sell Horse Meat again in the supermarkets now that the limitations are lifted due to under-funding. In Cali we have no slaughterhouses for them but everyone says there's a big market for it. It still has to pass USDA guidelines for operation though. I've had goat and horse meat before, snake and shark. Costco used to carry shark in my area but no more. I wonder why??? It wasn't the fin...??? Security code is LEG, as in leg of lamb!!!
