I couldn't pass up a song about red beans and rice..............mmmmmmmm. Guy, as long as there is red beans and rice, why don't you do one about Pasta Guitano?
They do seem to do a lot of food stuff out here. I think they were all inspired by the greatest bard of parody, Weird Al himself with that 'Eat it' parody he did so well. If I get a clue, you may get a view. I'll stash that idea away.

Jeff R - Don't know original song so I couldn't vote. Red Beans & Rice are cool in a very hot kind of way, but I don't scarf them much anymore. "Popeye's"...ooohhh, really liked the spicy-ness but that stuff kills me these days...

Jeff - well, the vote count looks to have picked up a bit today so it may have been just missed by most folks when originally posted. I do think quite a few more people are looking at this site and voting in the last few months (I didn't here until around Nov.10th).
I was tempted to vote 4 for pacing, since you didn't quite finish it at the end, but many of us who know the original know that the title is repeated several times at the end, so I went ahead and voted 5 in all three categories.

Well, like the above comments, it wasn't overly funny, but sometimes parodies are good if they are just kept plain simple, and I thought Jeff did well with what there was.
