If Elmer Fudd were there who would he be?

Not really enough changed from the original - a great concept, but needs more looney-ness. Though if Elmer were there, it would have to be as Dr McFudd - "It's wife, Bugs..."
I always imagined Elmer Fudd as a Romulan, pretending to be a Captain of a fleet. He'd look awesome with the ears and the eyebrows.
