| Original Performer: | Sting |
| Parody Song Title: | "If I Ever Lose My Shape, Im Doomed" |
| Parody Written by: | Michael Florio |
to be sung by Britney Spears...
You could say I lost my shape by science and progress
You could say I don't go well with the holy church
You could say my songs should have no direction
But I know that my life is just much worse 'cause
If I ever lose my shape I'm doomed
then my image wouldn't be as good
some would say my music's bad, but I'm a hot girl
some would say I've better shape then those models on TV
You could say I got here now by numerous incisions
and numerous plastic surgeries
If I ever lose my shape, I'm doomed
then my image wouldn't be as good
My songs would all be one big disgrace
'cause fans would all just want my shape
my songs, they soar, thanks to miracles of science
they just would go from a blessing to a curse
I never wrote any chart worthy tune
with my shape gone, my career would be much worse
let me say this first
If I ever lose my shape, I'm doomed
then my image wouldn't be as good
You could say I don't go well with the holy church
You could say my songs should have no direction
But I know that my life is just much worse 'cause
If I ever lose my shape I'm doomed
then my image wouldn't be as good
some would say my music's bad, but I'm a hot girl
some would say I've better shape then those models on TV
You could say I got here now by numerous incisions

If I ever lose my shape, I'm doomed

Good job!
Excuse me, but "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You" was a 90s song, not an 80s. The original song came out in '93. And Bill Clinton was president at the time, so it could not possibly be eighties.
It was probably just a mistake on Mike's part... why do people get so worried about the decade? I never notice it...
Hey man, I always notice it. I just feel it would make things much easier if things were properly labeled. Some visitor to this site may come across it in the 80s' section and think, "80s?! That's not correct!" It would be misleading to them. Do I make myself clear?
You probably never notice it cause you don't look at the URL... it's right there in the URL
