Parody Song Title:
Parody Written by:
Well, I heard there was a secret fruit
That Adam tried when it first took root.
It was unlike any fruit he'd ever seen, though.
Well it felt like this: the fires of bliss,
A burning joy, and a flaming kiss;
The baffled man discovering jalapenos.
Baby, I've been here before,
The peanut shells strewn across the floor;
The salt and grease will leave me feeling green, though.
I've felt those foods between my teeth,
And love's not ground-up, grilled-up beef;
It's a cold and it's a juicy jalapeno.
You say I must refine my tastes;
You take me out to a fancy place.
I just don't see the joy in fine cuisine, though.
The French is bland, and Italian fails.
Spaghetti-O's and salted snails
Are nothing when compared to jalapenos.
You offer bread and milk and meat;
You say there's so much I must eat.
Wait long enough and you'll see what I mean, though.
When your meat all rots and your milk goes sour,
I'll stand and face that final hour
With nothing in my lips but jalapenos.
