I went to Wieght Watchers, the speaker was Lenore. She looked thinner than she had before. I waited until after the meeting, to ask her what her secret was.
She said:" You got to know when to eat, know when to not eat, know when to starve yourself, know when to binge. You never eat the ice cream right after dinner, there will be enough of it, on your Birthday."

Lenore took a big gulp of coffee, looked at my charts. Popped a Frutie in her mouth,then began again.
